Drives me buggy. When they talk about ‘Real America’, and ‘Real Americans’, what they mean is white people. White people, and a limited smattering of Others, but only The Good Ones, you know the ones they tell you that agree with them about racial issues, and who tell them, “No, you’re not racist!”

To me, “real America” is the ideals put forth in the Constitution’s Preamble and the Declaration of Independence, and how everyone no matter who they are or where they live are part of that. Your mileage may vary.
