Trump doesn’t have that authority. He has the exact same authority of any other citizen on the issue of the public service of television stations (networks don’t have licences):

He can write a letter of complaint about the specific station over which he has a complaint to the station (which is required to keep it on file), or to the FCC.

As for cable stations, they are not licensed by the FCC either.

He really doesn’t understand how any of this works, does he?
