I remember when O.J. stood up and cried for the judge, explaining how he just wanted his stuff back and hadn’t intended to ever hurt anyone. She still gave him twenty years.

Despite what the Judge said about it at the time, I still believe part of that sentence was a “fuck you” for what happened in ‘95.
