Watch for the poison pill. He’s fine with a bill that prevents further shutdowns so long as the CR cuts funding. Just watch what he and the GOP are going to propose and then accept.

They’re trying to avoid the appearance of being screwed by another shutdown, all while laying the groundwork for the next one.
