Let me put it this way: The only scenario where it’s realistic that Trump could win via court challenges requires three things to happen:

- Biden failing to secure 270+ votes outright, whether through in-person votes or a combination of in-person and mail ballot votes received before Election Night

- Enough ballots in doubt to swing enough EC votes to secure Trump a win

- State court judges willing to ignore the dirt and grime covering the hands of Trump and the GOP to rule that their challenges to the counting of mail ballots are brought in good faith

Trump will work hard to blow up smoke and cause carnage to cast doubt on voting outcomes from Maine to Santa Barbara…
