I did read it, and it links to the same bill Bratwurst linked to. That bill, as currently pending, is a fairly ‘clean’ bill and doesn’t contain any lawsuit provisions.

I think it’s essentially a “fake but accurate” thing that’s been circulating for a while now. There are occasional cases like this : Rapist Wants Visitation Rights With Child Conceived During Rape. It’s a real story. Some idiot in jail with nothing to do but file court cases, he can legally request the courts for visitation. The courts throw these cases out but they can be legally filed. The moonbat interpretation is that the abortion law would allow rapists to sue women into having their babies is a stretch. It may be possible for someone to file with the courts but it would be thrown out and as far as I know there’s no way a court could prevent a woman from getting a legal abortion while the court hears the case.
