Well, he’s stopping at Hiroshima, so that’s getting their knickers in a twist.

And Obama has opened up military sales to Vietnam, which is a first in decades (have to go back to pre collapse of South Vietnam for the last time the US could sell military weapons to the Vietnamese).

So, I’m sure the right will overlook the latter to focus on the former (especially to read into anything Obama says as an apology).

They will also overlook the strategic advantage in the USA arming Vietnam, while China attempts to seize most of the South China Sea.
