Honestly she’s too nice, to the extent that (at least to my admittedly very cynical POV) it comes off as incredibly insincere schtick.

I really don’t get it, but then I’ve never had to live in the public eye and had to deal with the raft of crap she does. I feel bad for her because it’s basically lose-lose, if she blocks her trolls then they have the pleasure of knowing she’s paid attention to them either way. If I were in her shoes I’d probably mass mute and opt to only see comments from verified users.
