That is f’ed up.

Guy comes into her bar with an arsenal, she can’t do anything about that, and demands to be served alcohol when he’s drunk? No dram shop law is going to protect her life. The cops wouldn’t do anything (because Texas open-carry).

I hope she has a lawyer who can show the absurdity of this charge in court (or get the DA to throw it out).
