Apologies for a bit of a rant.
Are all poor folks the same? Are all lower-middle-class people the same? Middle? Are all millionaires the same? And yet some think we are supposed to sit here and presume all billionaires the same. Bloomberg no different than a weapons maker. An energy guy.

Bloomberg is very unlikely to get my vote. But the holier than thou angry post Occupy vision is how you re elect Donald Trump.

All billionaires have god-like power in the US political and economic system. That’s just a fact. Assuming Trump is, in fact, a billionaire, he is among the worst of the lot, but nobody should have that kind of power. It corrupts, absolutely.

So it remains true that billionaires should not exist as a matter of public policy, and that having one try to buy up the D nomination at a time like this is basically appalling.
