I walk with a friend about three times a week, usually on MWF. This week we walked today instead of yesterday. Both Monday and today we talked about the lack of a stimulus package. Here’s how it went:

Monday
Friend: I wish Congress would get their act together.
Me: It’s the Republicans
Friend: No, the Democrats are dragging their feet too. Both sides, blah, blah
Me: Droppin’ some knowledge.

Today
Friend: That asshole Mitch McConnell …
Me to myself: My work here is done.
