I don’t either, but on general principles, I’d dismiss this as bullshit: mainly just because it’s coming from Rudy Giuliani…..

Rudy went from someone at one point I hoped could put the GOP in a more modern direction to someone who is nothing but a presidential henchman. I never liked him too much but I had hoped that his then relative social moderation would do them some good.
