Yes, he was technically and factually incorrect.

You come along and claim that the number was only 4k without providing further explanation.

Now, if someone unfamiliar with the history comes along and reads both accounts. Which account would leave them with a more skewed version of events?

The point of my post was not to provide the history of the Katyn massacre, which anyone can look up for themselves, so your question is a transparent manipulation. The point was that the guy doesn’t bother about basic accuracy, spreads basic misinformation, including racist claims, so don’t post him as a serious source.
