A few of my gay male friends have recounted stories of their fathers forcing them to have sex— one with an older woman of his father’s acquaintance, another with a prostitute— in order to turn them straight.

Parents who are that obsessed with their kid’s sex lives are creepy as fuck.

Even leaving everything else aside, which is leaving quite a lot aside, how is this sort of thing supposed to make a kid straight? Is the idea “Oh, they’ll see how much they enjoy it and the whole gay thing will go away.” or something? I mean, I’d have to think having sex I didn’t want forced upon me (Hmm…what does that sounds like…) would only turn me off to the whole straight sex thing, not make it more likely.
