Actually, PayPal cut off Wikileaks after the document dump from Chelsea Manning.

There was a lot of butthurt about that at the time, with Wikileaks saying PayPal was yet another mean corporate stooge trying to squelch freedom of information, etc. Mostly it was PayPal covering its ass in case the feds went looking for someone to blame for the document dump.
