As far as I’m concerned, what partisans on both sides (yes, both sides) are doing is taking some coverage that is flawed (or they think is flawed) and focusing on it in a misleading way to dismiss the whole. Too many partisans don’t understand that their political biases color their judgment. A political Dunning-Kruger, as it were.

The US right bitches when the US media accurately quotes Donald Trump. The US left bitches when the US media does ‘where’s the plane’ on Clinton’s emails.

I fail to see any partisan equivalence here.
