Nobody thinks goat is that weird to eat, and goats are pretty freaking smart. Many breeds of them, anyway.

I unwittingly ate goat a couple of years ago. My friend and I were at our favorite restaurant in Mykonos, sitting at the bar waiting for our table and while chatting with the bartender (it’s a family owned restaurant and we’ve been going for years), she put a plate of “nosh” down and we ate it. Only later did I find out it wasn’t lamb (which is what it tasted like to me). Very tender.
