I have been rationing my LGF time for this very reason.

I get feeling horrible, I am right there with you.

We are entitled to process this in our own way…but when it comes to doom and gloom or (even worse) paranoid fantasy, I will find something better to do.

same here. I stay off the internet and submerse myself in fiction. I’m not busting a blood vessel over this crap. No politician is worth it.

All I can do to remain sane is to continue to work in my community as best I can.
