The Dems can’t, or won’t, secretly sell off the right to pillage, loot and pollute with impunity. Maybe they could bend just a little and change this policy but limit it to devoted Republican areas. I wonder what the grift franchise or pollution rights for Lubbock or Midland might be worth?
