A nominee for a judge pleading the fifth should* be a killer.

Shutting up and not saying anything after yesterday’s display of how he wants to tell everyone how good a man he is and he needs to get his name back…would also be stoooopid.

Brett Kavanaugh has two choices: take the FBI grilling with many other witness weighing in or refuse the nomination.

*nothing is for sure these days.

Kavanaugh will crack under real questioning. Yesterday’s hearing made that very clear.
