I want to say there was a series of creepy clown incidents a few years back…I think maybe in the northeast?

If you go to youtube and search for “creepy clown surveillance” there are tons of these things where people dressed as clowns walk up to surveillance cameras in the middle of the night and either just stand there looking creepy or doing weird stuff.
