I’ve noticed Vietnamese and Thai places becoming much more prevalent too.

Here too in Ostrava; new place called “Happy Banh Mi” opened on the main street through the city center.

The place is hopping - their target demographic is young urban residents/university students and so far, they’re doing good. As is the one Mexican place here in Ostrava, “Los Capolitos” - always packed during the lunch rush.
