Well, the requirement is in the Constitution. But, I think because his mother was American, it does not matter, yes? I know McCain was born in Panama. I am not sure how that works. But, if some person is born in another country with no American parent(s), he or she cannot be the POTUS.

Yeah I know about the Constitution, but I personally don’t care where you were born, especially in this last election which seemed to consist of 2+ years of public vetting.

Per U.S. law, it doesn’t matter where your parents are citizens, all that matters to be a “natural born” citizen is that you’re born here.

I’m gonna assume Obama was born in Hawaii, but I honestly don’t care if he wasn’t. Doesn’t change anything about his policies.
