The origin of my post is a more of a general response to a bunch of responses to her and what was said in references to the articles I saw.

That said,

It wasn’t just stuff I saw posted on her threads that prompted the little essay. Pretty much any pro-Israel thread these days gets some knee-jerk trolling. I am not saying that the trolls need to be stifled or that they should not be allowed to express themselves. However, they do need to be answered with some actual facts.

And you have every right and opportunity to do that. Why post this on an unrelated thread? Why not, as CL asked, confront them directly?
