The excuse that it had a bunch of pork in it is just that. That’s a real dickish thing to do and while I have no love for Peter King, I respect that he’s sticking true to his criticism of his fellow Republicans who showed themselves to be ghouls on Sandy. And Grimm, yeah so awful that they’re pointing this out, your party invited a guy who voted against hurricane relief money, own up to it and stop crying politicizing.

The truly horrible thing is that the “pork” they were so deriding was all devastating weather related reconstruction. Some was as a direct result of Sandy, and other monies were to be used for disasters that befell other areas.
