I cannot figure out the GOP’s suicidal charge on women’s bodies. They would have lost this battle 30 years ago, and they will lose it again, roundly.

In fact, I would say that their misogyny is getting worse than their racism, so rather than outraging 28 or 35% or whatever proportion of the population, they’re looking at using a much bigger foot-gun and pissing off roughly one half of everyone.
