I’m no constitutional scholar, but I believe she’s wrong about the legality of discrimination by a business.

Discrimination by private businesses is only illegal if engaged in against a suspect classification identified in a statute. The state of Arizona probably doesn’t include “sexual orientation” in its anti-discrimination statute, and neither does federal law. There may be some local ordinances which include orientation, however.
