Not evil, just addicted to opposing “the establishment”. If any further people get infected, NYC needs to be prepared to quarantine them by force if need be. Because if anti-vaxxers won’t accept velvet-glove persuasion and are threanting to start an outbreak by not taking responsible measures for those who are infected, then the government needs to use the iron fist to protect its other citizens.
