Name them. Name those men. I am not sure you realize this but many of us men have mothers and sisters and daughters. And sometimes we talk. Here is a case in point. My youngest sister is a contract IT person at a community college where she too has been subject to far worse harassment by a senior department employee than you have described. And that employee has had numerous other complaints against him. Why is he still employed even though he has been caught using his sysadmin privileges to change academic records of people he doesn’t like? Because he is smart and preys on contract employees and interns while he is ably protected by his union. And that union rep has not once failed to put on record that the complainants are all liars. Amazing how that happens no? But this round will be different for now recordings exist of the scumbag counseling interns under threat of poor performance reviews to offer false testimony. Now the union reps are demanding this evidence not be admissible. Oh and did I mention that both the union rep and the union legal counsel are women. Ironic isn’t it?

This one is going to the human rights commission and right out of the hands of the college.

We need men to speak-out against the predators among them.
