Nice article at the link. The Ryan plan amounts to nothing more, or less,than balancing the budget on the backs of the poor - of course the Republicans are for it. Vague mumbles about revenue, but nothing as detailed as the filtering of aid money through state bureaucracies. Of course states with tax cutting Republican governors will in no way use those bloc grants to close the gaps in their under water state budgets. Shit.
It will be interesting to here what JEB! thinks of the plan.
