There are ZERO redeeming features remaining with the GOP. None.

Claiming to be the Party of Lincoln does a grave disservice, and the GOP tries to ride on the coattails of a more than a century ago, even as they’re trying to roll back civil and voting rights by more than that.

Trump and the GOP are doing incalculable damage to the nation, and the GOP bigot brigade base loves every moment of it, because it’s all grievance politics all the time from them. They think Trump is helping the angry white base that hates that minorities are afforded equal rights and protections under the law - things the angry white base (specifically but not limited to angry white guys - have taken for granted).
