There’s not even an agreement to negotiate further with a framework everyone understands, least of all Trump.

He roiled the markets because the markets forgot that no one should trust what Trump says unless they’ve got independent verification from multiple sources that X occurred or will occur.

I know it’s tough when all Trump does is lie, and at the same time he telegraphs/projects exactly what he’s going to do, but everyone, including his own DOJ warns, not to trust what Trump says - especially on Twitter.
