The thing I think that gets these other bloggers into so much trouble up against Charles is that they have no restraint. They knee-jerk at every opportunity, make wild claims, and go full-out.

Charles actually generally doesn’t hit someone with everything he has at once. He measures it out. So when these infantile bloggers start screaming in irritation, he can say, “oh, you thought that was bad? I was giving you a chance at dignity, jerkwad” and continue to let them have it.

It’s pretty nifty.
