The old courthouse? Not exactly a high value terrorist target, especially when there are 3 military bases within the city limits, at least 2 others not far outside the city limits, and scores of tourist attractions.

This is the part that concerns me.

Investigators said other documentation found inside the RV showed the suspects have done extensive traveling to high-level security facilities around the country.

I would like to see that list.
