The delusional universe inhabited by Breivik is sadly not a private one, it is the same delusional universe inhabited by everyone else in the ‘anti-jihad’ movement. There is no way someone able to plan and execute these attacks was in a psychotic state. Not unless one’s definition of ‘psychotic’ comes straight out of a Die-Hard movie.
