Romney won Republican Cubans. There’s no story there.

It’s not just Cubans. It’s also Puerto Ricans, who together with Cubans make up the majority of Florida’s Latinos. But even more so than Cubans, Puerto Ricans do not think of immigration policy as a top tier concern (since they are already American citizens). As Marco Rubio proved last year, “Caribbean Latinos” are less concerned with immigration policy and are more likely to vote Republican if the GOP puts up the right candidate.
