Have you actually talked too any Afghans or even seen what the opinion of the people living in Afghanistan is? It’s universally opposed by everyone who matters in Afghanistan, you would start a revolt.

Fyi, most of Afghanistan can’t be broken down into a “Pushtan” area or “Uzbek” area or “Shia” area. Outside a few concentrated area the population is fairy mixed.
