Got a little grumpy on twitter earlier with someone who was posting about development within the Addicks reservoir. It seemed an odd, kind of victim-blaming thing to fix on given the overall scale of this unprecedented rainfall disaster.

Anyone who blames the victims is a trumper/lacker of empathy.

So fucking #sad the people we are neighbors to.
