I think it was David Frum who told everyone to translate “deep state” to “rule of law”, and everything makes sense. Like “law and order” to “terrorizing black and brown people” and “fiscal responsibility” to “stop giving money to black and brown people”.

I said that, it’s just that less people pay attention to me than do to Frum.
