True enough, hence their recent stunts in Congress. Their plan of attack seems to be riling up the base with as many “outrages” as it takes to get them “energized” for the fight against Obama. Problem with this strategy? Their first foray, the battle against contraception, is more likely to piss off female Republicans than it is to get them to show up at the polls.
