Happy St. Patrick’s Day to my Irish brethren. I’ve got my Jameson’s (well, I’ve always got my Jameson’s) and it’s one of the rare days I can make corned beef and cabbage for my missus…though the deal on corned beef at the Fresh & Easy (part of Tesco) market in Pacifica (which we refer to as ‘Flava-flav’ for some reason) is pretty fuckin’ good so I’m headed up today to get a couple more to store in the freezer…I think I’ll use the pressure cooker tonight…makes for a quick & tender brisket.
