Is it legal to post a bounty for an unwanted man? I seriously doubt it. This needs to be stopped now.

I’m pretty sure it’s way illegal even if they don’t have the money and are just doing this as a publicity stunt. I had to read the article twice looking for the sentence about them being arrested. No mention.
