The problem for me is that can we trust anything he says now? Years of denials can’t be washed away by a stint on Oprah. Can’t trust what he says and at this point, anything he will say is in self-defense and self-interest.

And any prosecutor will know this when they seek prosecution for tax evasion, fraud, or any other crime that might be applicable to his wealth accumulation as a result of the wins, and his representations.

It’s also not like one can trust what he’s going to say about anyone else who he might implicate. That will read as though he’s giving up names to get reduced time/punishment.

If this ever shakes out to include Lance being put on trial in criminal cases related to his sponsorship by the USPS (and the taxpayer money that was, as we know now, obtained under false pretenses), he’s fucking done.

When he starts naming names of other juicers and those who enabled it to go on, he’s gonna look like a jailhouse rat, a stoolie.
