It’s amazing how people just can’t wrap their head around that. Rallies are just that, rallies. They may show how enthusiastic your supporters are but they certainly do not measure your support.

We are from the generations that want instant miracle diets, overnight get-rich-quick schemes and election results months in advance. Any sort of arcane augury over the outcome is going to be obsessed over.
