Question re: this whole thread - who is the Twitter poster? I’m not about to argue that anything that was posted is a lie; knowing this administration, I’m sure that it is not. I just want some background on my source so that I can respond to any haters.

The stories about ” dog pounds” and “ice boxes” go back at least to January. That’s January, 2018. What’s new is the allegation that they’re being transferred into military custody, and I’m not seeing corroboration yet, either. Like you, I’m also not dismissing it.

By the way, all the armchair impeachment fire-breathers on this site are invited to take part in something real this weekend. If, as some have suggested, protesters are going to be gunned down, we might as well find it out now and save ourselves the wait.

(Sadly, though not surprisingly, if you live in the middle of the country, there’s probably nothing near you.)
