Because the whole idea was built on a sham - indignant, unfocused rage at Democrats and the sheer audacity of a Democrat being President. None of their supposed grievances are actually true.

Not to mention that it was a ‘populist’ movement bankrolled by lobbyists and former GOP Congress-vultures.

Fake to its core. OWS may have some ‘extremists’ (big fucking surprisae - they’ve been showing up at liberal demonstrations for years), but I’ve yet to see sinister big-bucks donors pulling the puppet strings.

Maybe I’m not squinting hard enough.
