Good morning everyone!

Watching the news i see one independent dining establishment owner after another, lamenting the fact that the take out and delivery business they are doing, would never sustain them through an extended crisis. I may be wrong, but were I a landlord with a tenet, who had been reliable for a number of years, I would do everything within my power to help them come out the other side. There’s going to be a lot of space available.

I expect we’re all going to find out how high up the food chain this “all in it together” stuff goes.

I suspect some of that landlord stuff goes like this: Restaurant A pays rent to landlord B who is paying on the property loan to bank C.
