100 US gallons would cost over $200 in most locations, and no doubt, the fuel efficiency leaves something to be desired. The only 105mm ammunition I can think of for general purchase is mortars intended for entertainment purposes (i.e. 4” firework shells); otherwise, I imagine the government takes a very dim view on private ownership of these things.
Memory that depresses me. My 1970 1/2 AMC Gremiln had a 25 gallon gas tank and that was back when the highest price for regular gas was around 25¢/gallon. I could fill the tank for $6.25 AND get a premium for filling the tank up…
