It’s not fake. A rapist can sue for custody rights in 31 states. A personhood bill would extend those rights to pre-birth.

That problem can solved with a different law, a law I would favor in any case. My proposal would read approximately as follows:

“No person who has been convicted of an unlawful sexual act shall have parental rights over any child(ren) whose conception results from that unlawful act.”

Regardless of any other current or proposed laws, does my proposed law meet with approval?
