William Taft (27th President) was the largest one so far, over 330 pounds. He also is the only person to hold office for both POTUS and Chief Justice of the United States. I can’t find anything saying his weight affected his job performance.

First President to ride in an automobile to his Inauguration! Probably because they couldn’t find a horse that would carry him.
